However, when downgrading, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we are unable to issue any credit or refund for the remaining time in that cycle.

• How much CPU or RAM do I need for my website?

  For a standard website, 512 MB of RAM and a single CPU core should be more than sufficient. However, busier websites may require more CPU and RAM for optimal performance. If needed, you have the flexibility to upgrade your plan later to accommodate higher resource demands.

In reality, there are always limits, which are typically hidden in the fine print of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies. We prefer to be upfront about our limits, ensuring you know exactly what you’re getting without any surprises.

  No, your costs will not increase upon renewal. The price you sign up with is the price you’ll continue to pay for the duration of your plan.
